Shepherd's Foundation is committed to respecting the privacy of donors.

Shepherd's Foundation provides this Donor Privacy Policy to make all donors aware of our privacy policy and to inform all donors of the way information is used.

Information Collected

Following are the types of donor information that is collected and maintained:

Contact information – name, organization, complete address, phone number, email address;
Donation information – dollar amount, fund donated to;
Information a donor may wish to share – questions, comments, suggestions; and
A request to receive periodic updates: i.e., to individuals who request it, we will send periodic mailings related to specific fund raising appeals, prayer concerns and newsletters.
How Information is Used. Shepherd's Foundation will use information to help donors complete a donation, communicate and periodically update ministry happenings to their donors. We use the comments offered to provide information requested and take seriously donor recommendations.

No Sharing of Personal Information

Shepherd's Foundation will not sell, rent or lease personal information to other organizations. Shepherd's Foundation assures that the identity of all donors will be kept confidential. Use of donor information will be limited to the internal purposes of Shepherd's Foundation and only to further the ministry activities and purposes of Shepherd's Foundation.

Removing a Name From our Mailing List

It is Shepherd's Foundation's desire not to send unwanted mail to donors. Names will be removed at the individual's request.
